Test anxiety is a situational experience many college students report from time to time.  To understand how it feels, what is happening to the body/brain, and suggestions on how to manage test anxiety, check out this video produced by Red Rocks Community College.

Feeling prepared to take tests/exams can often help students reduce the stress and potential for test anxiety.  Check out additional resources provided on Student Success link.
