All full-time employees earn 8 hours of sick leave per month.
Staff earn vacation (annual) leave based on years of total state service.
Faculty are allowed one personal day (faculty leave) per fall and spring semester, and it does not accumulate.

Non-exempt employees earn compensatory (comp) time at the rate of 1.5 hours for each hour worked beyond the regularly assigned 40 weekly work hours and 2 hours on weekends or holidays.
Your current leave balance is listed both on your online pay stub and under Leave Plan Summary once you log into WebAdvisor. Please note: the amount listed will include the leave you have earned in the current month, but not any leave that you have used that month.
The HR department is working with IT services in order to establish the Leave Request Online system, which will be in the testing phase during the fall of 2013.
