Alice Munro Wins Nobel Prize in Literature

Congratulations to Canadian short-story writer Alice Munro for winning the 2013 Nobel Prize in Literature today. In announcing the award in Stockholm, the Swedish Academy noted that Munro was a “master of the contemporary short story.” You can read more of this story at The New York Times Books site.
