Contact Tool Link error causes course to be unavailable

Problem: Multiple copies into the Contact Tool Link will cause the course to ‘break’ and be unavailable to instructors and students.

Workaround: Recreate your Contact Tool Link in a Content Area with text in an Item.  This will eliminate the problem for the future, and be inline with the Online Course Standards.  The Standards (seen in Online Course Standards Sample and ACA122 CFCC Master) use text in an Item rather than the Contact Tool Link.

Follow these instructions on how to create an Item here.  Once you have recreated your information, simply delete the Contact Tool Link and all of its contents from your menu.
